Girls und Panzer Comple OVA Series - Anime Review?

We are back with a small collection of shorts(6) starring the lovable cast of Girls und Panzer(GuP). It is basically just a little bit more in the way of character development for the main cast. I guess that's all that needs to be said.

These little episodes, in total, span about 3 regular episodes worth of time. You already, more or less, know if this is something that interests you. If you are a big fan of the main-line GuP series, then you would probably enjoy this little side adventure series. It's rather eclectic but it helps to develop the world just a bit more; which is something I treasure. Just realize that there is no Tankery to be had here.

Recommendation

Well, I mean, ya. If you like GuP, then you'll likely enjoy this. Maybe. It's a great little supplement but I would definitely say grab it on sale if you can wait.

Just waiting on that movie....and that battle with Anzio that was skipped in the main series. Come to think of it this series seems to have to backtrack a lot. I wonder if it was due to unforeseen popularity....?
